Shipping & Returns
We will ship your order in 1-3 business days. This means that you will receive your package within 2-5 business days. To other EU countries and Norway, the delivery time will be between 2-10 days. Please note that the delivery time can be longer during campaigns and holidays.
Delivery Charges
Within Sweden we offer delivery via the Swedish postal service (Postnord) at a cost of SEK 49 per order. We offer free shipping when you order two products or more.
For deliveries within the rest of the EU, shipping charges are EUR 7 per order. We offer free shipping when you order two products or more.
Delivery
Your parcel will automatically be delivered to the postal service centre located closest to your stated delivery address, or directly to your door. If you provide a mobile number you will receive a text notification when your package is available for pickup. Otherwise you will receive a notification by e-mail or mail. When you pick up your package, you will need to show your identification and the tracking number.
Unclaimed Parcels
The postal service with hold your parcel for two weeks for you to pick it up. If you do not collect your parcel, you will be charged a shipping fee, a return shipping fee and handling fees, currently amounting to SEK 195 incl. VAT.
Order confirmation
When we have received your order, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to your registered e-mail address. Always make a habit of checking your order confirmation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Save your order confirmation so that you have it at hand whenever you contact us.
Returns and Complaints
As a customer you have 14 days right to cancel and receive a refund. The right-to-cancel period starts from the day you receive the item. In order to invoke your right to cancel, the item must be in its original, unbroken packaging. The cost of the item will be refunded but not the shipping cost. The customer also pays the cost of returning the item. To help us process an item that you consider to be faulty, and for you to retain your statutory rights, you should contact us regarding a complaint within a reasonable time after you noticed, or should have noticed, the fault. If an item is faulty or incorrect Sand & Soul Skin will pay for the return.
If for some reason you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at info@sandsoulskin.com and state your full name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Then the following applies:
- We send you a return order form, which must be returned together with the item(s).
- Package the item(s) carefully to avoid damage in transit and send the parcel to us, together with the return order form.
- After a complaint/cancellation has been approved, we refund the amount of your order to the card you used for payment within 14 days of the date we receive the returned item(s).
For invoice payments, return the goods to us in the same way and log into “My Klarna”. Klarna will then manage your refund.
